Starting formations: General Lines (e.g. Ocean Waves, Two-Faced Lines), General Columns. Dance action: The named dancers move forward along the circulate path to the next position. "Circulate" is the same as "Everyone Circulate" unless the previous call makes clear that only certain dancers are active.
