2 Definition – einfach erklärt

Ein Paar bildet mit gehobenen Händen einen Bogen, das andere Paar taucht darunter hindurch. Beide bewegen sich vorwärts.

Das Paar, das den Bogen macht, führt anschließend ein California Twirl aus (dreht sich also um). Ohne andere Ansage macht das Paar mit dem Rücken zur Set-Mitte den Bogen – dieses Paar heißt auch Center Couple.

Starting formation: Facing Couples (at least one of which is normal). Dance action: One Couple makes an arch by raising their joined hands, while the other Couple ducks under the arch. Both move forward. The Couple making the arch does a California Twirl. Unless otherwise specified, it is the Couple whose back is to the center of the square that makes the arch. Timing: 4.
